When you purchase Cutler, your transaction is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. As part of Paddle's checkout, you confirm that you wish to receive your License Key immediately and acknowledge that, under EU consumer law, this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once your key has been delivered.
If you have not yet received your License Key, your right of withdrawal still applies in full.
Even though the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery, Paddle may, at its discretion, issue a refund for requests made within 14 days of your purchase, reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Contact us at support@miracontents.com and we will work with Paddle on your request. You can also contact Paddle directly using the link in your purchase receipt.
This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to software that conforms to its description. If Cutler does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it or put it right.
A Cutler purchase does not include any AI plan. Charges and refunds for your Claude, ChatGPT, API or other provider account are handled by that provider.
This policy applies to purchases processed through Paddle. Keys issued directly by us outside a Paddle transaction (for example, founding-tester licenses) are governed by the separate terms communicated when they were issued.
